Title Claims Assistant

Jean Mansfield acts as a Title Claims Assistant and specializes in HELP Policy Claims as a Title Officer for TRS, LLC.  Ms. Mansfield has over 20 years experience in lending and underwriting including hard money lending, commercial loans, and leasing.  This experience has allowed Ms. Mansfield to become a valuable member of HTMS, LLC where she specializes in quick resolution of claims, complex claims, claims analysis and drafting of coverage analysis on regular and complex lender policies.

Before joining TRS, LLC, Ms. Mansfield worked as an underwriter for various lending institutions including FNMA, HSBC, Countrywide, RFC, Deutsche Bank, WAMU, Long Beach Mortgage, Option One, Weyerhaeuser, One Stop, Bayview, and BNC.  She is knowledgeable in all areas of conventional and non-conventional lending including leasing, REOs, collections, SubPrime, and Hard Money lending.  Ms. Mansfield also spent time as a Senior Underwriter and Transaction Manager managing up to twenty due diligence underwriters and supporting staff.  Additionally, she also performed loan portfolio risk analysis on seven hundred million dollars in investments for Principal Portfolio Services of Bayview Federal.

Throughout her career Ms. Mansfield has been recognized for her expertise. Ms. Mansfield is renowned for assuring document integrity and producing the highest quality and quantity of completed files. As a result of her exemplary skills, Ms. Mansfield has had the chance to embark on unique opportunities including beta testing new products and procedures and developing automating software.
