Olivier Labarre, Esq.


Olivier Labarre joined TRS, LLC in 2008. Mr. Labarre has experience in real estate litigation, escrow disputes and interpleader actions, title insurance, tax law and litigation, patent and trademark law, products liability, limited and unlimited civil litigation and investigative research.
At TRS, LLC, Mr. Labarre served as a Senior Paralegal and Title Claims Assistant.  Mr. Labarre has worked on litigation from the discovery phase through trial, has drafted all forms of pleadings and has worked to successfully resolve several title insurance claims and litigation cases outside of Court.

Mr. Labarre began his career interning in Paris, France with Groupe Zodiac as a customer service representative providing service in English and in French. After his internship with Groupe Zodiac, Mr. Labarre joined the American Honda Finance Corporation as an End of Term Collection Analyst and was responsible for providing advice on automobile lease accounts, negotiation account settlements and resolving customer disputes. During his time at American Honda Finance, Mr. Labarre was recognized as the Top Collector for the month of November in 2004.

Mr. Labarre graduated from Occidental College in Eagle Rock, California with Degrees in Economics and French. In August of 2008, he received his Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law.  During law school, Mr. Labarre was a leadership member of two honor societies, and he served as the Technical Editor of the Western State University Law Review and the Vice President of the Moot Court Honors Board.

Outside of the classroom, Mr. Labarre dedicated his time as a volunteer Income Tax Assistant and as a Certified Law Clerk in the Legal Clinic, conducting intake interview, drafting client documents and declarations, drafting pleadings and motions, and communicating with opposing counsel.  He also worked as a Certified Law Clerk with the Orange County Office of the District Attorney at the North Justice Center drafting legal memorandums, conducting preliminary hearings, drafting oppositions to Motions to Suppress Evidence, and drafting motions to exclude evidence.  Mr. Labarre also spent time as a law clerk for the Ronco Corporation in Simi Valley drafting contract and conducting products liability, patent and trademark research.
